Right so.

That whole thing about me being awesome?

Totally true.    But don't take my word for it.
Notes:

Miscalcuation on cost of cars- $6.5 Million, gotta have the leather seats.

Audi R8- Maybe yours  tops out at 187mph.  I threw a couple extra horses in there.

Tickets- Yeah.  About that.

I'm surprised Happy told them his salary.  He must be sneaking for a raise.

I rode in coach once.  Once.

Also, Burger King....  I have nothing to say about Burger King except that now I'm hungry.

I am exhausted.  People think it's all fun and games being Tony Stark, but let me tell you- it's serious business.  People stop me on the street  just to chat.  I hardly get a moment to myself.  Sometimes it seems like even my friends don't know when to quit.

Maybe I should just go take a nap.

So I was watching USA tonight (I've been banned from watching TCM after the man-eating bunny incident).  Apparently I'm USA's character to watch.  Here's what was said:

"USA's Character to Watch: Tony Stark.  Tony Stark is just your average billionaire with a home-made missile launching suit of iron.   He can fly Mach 2 while leveling a small town with the flick of a wrist.  But underneath that cybernetic exterior beats a tender, nuclear powered heart.  USA's Character to watch: Tony Stark."

While I appreciate the attention,  there are some problems with this.

1) It's not iron.  It's gold-titanium alloy.  Iron Man is just catchy.
2) It was more of a village than a small town.  And it wasn't really leveled.  Just the bad guys.
3) Tender, nuclear powered heart?  I don't even know where to start with this one.   I don't think I've ever been called tender.   Except that one time.. in reference to... Nevermind.  I actually blame this phrase on my assistant.  She had to go and prove that I have a heart.  She probably called the station and told them to put this little phrase in there too.  Just to irk me.  Touche, Potts, touche.

It's 1:40 am.

I just finished my latest modifications to the Iron Man armor.  I'm wide awake, and bored.  Pepper went to bed hours ago and gave me strict orders to only wake her before dawn if it was an actual emergency.  (She said, "You had better be bleeding.  Like, a lot.  Gallons.  And then, call the ambulance first." I thought it best not to remind her that the human body only contains approximately 5 liters of blood, or that, once converted from the metric system, it would only equal 1.320 860 261 8 gallons.)

So.  I turned on the TV.  I thought, surely Turner Classic Movies has on some fantastic film.  I was hoping for Dr. Zhivago, but His Girl Friday would have sufficed.

Instead, I found Night of the Lepus.

Here is the description: "Movie. Stuart Whitman, Janet Leigh, Rory Calhoun.  (1972). A rancher tries to stop king-size, hopped-up carnivorous rabbits as they roar through Arizona."

I watched it anyway.

True Story.

So, here's my theory:

Spider-man was bitten by a genetically altered spider.  That much is clear.

Who do we know who works with genetic alterations and insects?   Dr. Hank Pym.

Ergo:.  Dr. Hank Pym created Spider-man.

Honestly, how many entimologists also have degrees in molecular genetics and bio-chem?

Hmm?

I rest my case.

First New York Party.   It was a disaster interesting. Friends were made.  Teams were formed.  No one ended up passed out drunk (myself included unfortunately).

Note to self: Pepper: Kick up the security to compensate for uninvited guests.  Find new catering and staffing services.  Get Susan's, Carol's, Wanda's, Janet's   phone number.
